Dan Rosman




Dan studied law at both the University of Ottawa and the University of Toronto. He is a member of the Advocates’ Society and the Ontario Bar Association. He sits as a Member-at-Large of the Canadian Bar Association YLD Executive Committee and as the Regional Representative of the Ontario Bar Association YLD Executive Committee. Dan has experience before various courts and tribunals across Ontario.

Dan strives to give his clients expert advocacy and the utmost personal attention. His practice is built on attention to detail, meticulous preparation, and quality advocacy. He keeps a small caseload to insure that each matter gets the attention it deserves.

For some clients, Dan offers Unbundled Legal Services

Unbundled legal services, also known as "limited scope retainers", are a way to help litigants save money by assigning some work to the lawyer and some work to the client. With an unbundled retainer, you only hire Dan to complete a specific task, or tasks, within your litigation. These could include:



  • Drafting the certain legal document you need;


  • Conducting legal research into your specific problem, or part of your problem;

  • Advising on how to proceed with your distinct situation; or


  • Appearing at your hearing.


  • Fees for unbundled services are determined by reviewing the scope of the specific work needed. As no two cases are the same, a consultation is required to determine what services to include in the retainer. Clients can retain Dan on an hourly or flat-fee basis. Not all clients or matters are suitable for this type of retainer arrangement so please contact our office to discuss if unbundled legal services are right for you.
